  2. Wow is all I can say. You can really tell from the first picture to the last. You can really see it in your shoulders and collar bone.. your face arms, neck. everything! lol Good job. i will do a progress photo soon. Probably on Friday.. weigh day. :) Good job!

  3. Thanks Sherri - that first picture was taken @ my housewarming / birthday party. So I was dressed up. I'm fortunate that I do carry my weight well but that doesn't mean I was healthy. I know my body and I knew I needed to change. I will never be skinny - I have a naturally athletic / curvy build. Many of these photos weren't originally taken to be progress pictures (and Rich isn't the best photographer) but you can really see that I've come a long way!

Thanks Adrienne :) When I compare them, I see big changes between the first and the pink tank top one and the pink tank vs now. The other two are good too but the clothes hide a lot more of my body. I wish I would have thought to do better before, during progress pics but getting someone to take a picture of me can be a challenge in it's self.

  4. Oh I definately agree. I can agree a change was needed. However, you were lucky enough to carry your weight better then most are fortunate to. Coming from a family of overweight, actually in their cases obese, people, none of them carry it as well as you.
( wow, what a run on sentence lol)
I will never be model thin even I remotely wanted to, either. Im 5'1 and will always look more like a gymnist/cheerleader. The muscles in the tops of my legs will always keep me from being long and lean lol.

  6. Thanks Pam :)

Sherri - I completely understand! Which I believe is one reason (and a big reason) that I allowed myself to get that overweight in the first place. I gain weight all over, equally not in a specific spot and I kept my curvy figure. I denied I was gaining THAT much weight for a while. I totally know what you mean about your legs, I have a similar issue, I call them my gladiator legs. As long as I am in shape, I will be happy with my figure though. When I was thin I looked more like an athlete than a model. Luckily, that is the body type I prefer anyways.
